H1B stutas 用AP 回国，回来之后到底是什么身份啊？如果一旦

140 被拒，会有什么后果呢？ 公司的律师说只要用了AP,回来就是AOS 身份，不再是h1b，真得很糊涂，请大家指点，很着急。谢谢！
