H1-B or other application?

本人今年5月将以Physical therapy Master 毕业, 正在努力找工作.我目前持F-1 Visa, 请问我是否需要申请H1-B 或直接在OPT 期间直接要求雇主申请LABOR CERTIFICATION 能让我在美合法地工作.本人对此一窍不通,恳请专家指点.先谢了.
