three year H1B transfer/extension based on an approved 140

Xiaobaitu and others,

If I file for a transfer and extension for H-1B based on an approved 140, and at the same time, the current employer file to revoke my 140. How long does it take for the 140 to be revoked? I'm concerned that 140 will be revoked before new H-1b transfer/extenion is approved.
