急!急!急! 有关H1B第七年延期的问题,请求帮助!

这周收到我H4延期被DENIED的信,老公的H1B的EXTENSIOB经电话查询也已被DENIED,但公司至今没收到信.(已经过了一周,怀疑寄丢了)所以我们不知道原因,还有是否可以APPEAL.据我们所了解:我们的情况完全符合第七年延期的条件,只是在去年十二月份收到要求补充LCA的通知,公司马上做了交上去了.不知道会是什么原因?如果只是填表中出了差错,能有什么补救吗?
我们现在能做什么呢?已经要求公司出面让USCIS再寄一份老公H4延期被DENIED的信.
下一步该如何应对呢?
感觉时间紧迫,哪位朋友知道这方面的情况请务必帮忙.多谢了!
