回复：可以APPEAL.

我很想知道能有什么原因会导致DENIAL。唯一能想到的是补充的LCA出了问题，或者是填的有差错，或者是有工资和PREVAILING WAGE的问题？因为工资收入和职位和几年前比没什么大的改变。这会是问题吗？
