H1-B. 申请表 is to be filled by the employer, so immigration won't ask the employer this question. "Have you ever applied for lawful U.S. permanent resident status"

However, they will ask the employer whether they have ever filed I-140 for you, the answer is no if your I-140 is self-petitioned.
