加拿大护照中国H1B进出美国问题

各位大虾，
小妹在美国工作（H1b)，最近刚刚拿到加拿大护照。H1b 是签在中国护照上。请问我可以拿加拿大护照自由出入，回国探亲吗？
我的加拿大护照上的名字和出生年月与我中国护照一至。入美国国境时，INS 会查到我在美国工作吗？
