How to Cancel H1B Transfer

I work in Company A with H1B VISA. I filed H1B Transfer to Company B. The transfer is in pending stage. But for some reason, I want to cancel the H1B transfer and stay in Comapny A. However, Company B refused to cancel the pending H1B Transfer.

Can I cancel the H1B transfer myself. I have the EAC number and a copy of the H!B transfer receipt. Can I fax to INS to cancle it?

In theory, I may have multiple H1B visas if the 2nd application chooses "Concurrent Employment" option. However, Company B chose "New Employment". Thus on approval of the new H1B, the previous H1B is invalid automatically. That is why I have to cancel the pending H1B Transfer.
