请问热心的斑竹及大家，关于绿卡的事情。

K1签证过来和公民结婚，因为FBI背景调查，绿卡申请快4年了还没有下来。没有绿卡
真的很不方便，回国和工作都很麻烦。 听说有人也是老等不到就重新申请。请问这
样是否可行，谢谢了。
