你的CASE相當複雜，不知道你在那個州。有些州提供免費的法律consultation and assistant for qualified people. Pls search "legal aid society" on web.

I don't know if you've received any notices or letters from the court during the process of divorce? or you gave a POA to your ex to grant him a right to do everything on your divorce?
