一般情况，如果离婚了，条件绿卡也就丧失了。除非对方对你有欺诈、侵犯你人身等事实，并你有足以证明该事实证据的情况下，移民局可能会有另外的考量。
另外，外遇不足以使移民局考量范围，只能算过错。仅在离婚时的财产方面，会照顾你作为无过错的一方。
