香港保安局14日首次根据《香港国安法》,冻结壹传媒集团创办人黎智英持有的71.26%壹传媒股份,涉及款额近3.5亿港元(约6005万新元),以及他拥有的三家公司在当地银行的财产。壹传媒今早在港交所停牌。 美国纽约律师叶宁指,用「国安法」冻结黎智英的资产,在国际法例上开了一个很坏的先例。「在国际关系的惯例上、国际准则上那是前所未有的,因为报纸、媒体属于用笔生存和经营的。」——香港保安局是中共当局为强行实施‘港版国安法’而特别设立的。
