If the Candidate Oil was tested and passed the API SM Performance Test Program, API would like to review the data summary (formulation and test results).

If the Candidate Oil used Viscosity Grade Read Across to establish API SM Performance, API would like to review the data summary (formulation and test results) for the tested oil and in addition have the following information on the Tested Oil and Candidate Oil:
a.Detergent (dispersant)-inhibitor (DI) content
b.Base stock blend kinematic viscosity at 100?C.
c.The viscosity modifier (VM) content
