熟的猪肚丁~
豆瓣酱,甜面酱,辣酱,生抽,老抽,
油下锅,爆香葱姜蒜~ 土豆,
淡菜干,海虾,鲜带子泡在温水里,拿出来,
加在爆香的葱姜蒜里,牛蛙腿开水烫一下~
全部倒在砂锅里,加豆瓣酱甜面酱辣酱老抽几滴,生抽,
有高汤的加点高汤,开了,焖20分钟~ 关火
