她该怎么办(今日第二次8)

帮朋友咨询一下，关于签证的问题
最近认识一个大姐。因为牵涉她的私隐，她借我的ID向大家咨询。希望大家多多帮忙。 谢谢。
她来德国有6，7年了，一直是以学生身份。 最近不小心意外怀孕了， 男朋友是德国人。 她想把孩子生下来，可是男朋友不打算和她结婚，但愿意承认是孩子的父亲。 其实我劝她把孩子打掉，毕竟那个男人也不能给她将来，而且自己养孩子很辛苦的。可是她还是抱有希望，而且她也很想要这个宝宝。 所以她想问问大家，如何办理亲子手续？？ 在哪儿能开证明？？她的签证会变吗？？具体的专业名词和手续我也不清楚，搜了一下老贴，也没有明确的解释，只好在向大家请教了，希望法律达人多多帮助。
