这个问题不复杂

首先德国法律规定孩子的双亲中只要有一方是德国籍的话，那这个小孩子就是德国籍，那么作为母亲就可以以监护人的身份在这里居留，（虽然这个孩子是“中外合资”产品）。亲子手续就是在出生证上注明孩子的父亲是谁就具有法律效果了。只是不明白为什么我们就是有一些女同胞这么愚昧，我也不多加评论了。这个孩子生下来怎么办啊？估计这一辈子只能外嫁。
