Help with windows explorer!

When turn on the computer, error message, Windows Explorer has problem, your computer has closed this window to protect your PC. Clicked “Close Message”(the only option), then everything on the desktop disappear, only the background. Can not even see the mouse move.

I think this is a kind of virus, Please help.
