DJ 大麦，我发现我很傻。。。傻到了明摆着的事都看不见

的地步，刚才注意到，CPU的散热片，风扇的mount的一侧已经断了，散热片都翘起来了。。。奶奶的。。也不知道是啥时候发生的。。。不过如果这样，那当然不行啦。。。唉。。
问题：
1）如何拔掉散热片？这些mount好像都是插死的，没法拔除来啊？我有一个同型号的旧的母板，上面的mount/fan/sink都是好的，我想把那个也完好的卸下来，移植到这个上面，应该就好了？
2）到哪里（最好是直接的店）可以买到artic silver 5?好像网上的人都推荐用这个牌子的牙膏？网上定购要等好久，烦。。
