A good sound card will definitly help in games like this.

I have a really crappy integrated sound card, I can hear there are bullets flying off my head, I can hear nades are exploding around me, I can even people's steps are coming closer to me, but the problem is, I CAN"T DISTINGUISH WHERE THE HECK THEY ARE!!! THIS SO PISSED ME OFF!!! I KNEW THEY WERE AROUND BUT I COULDN'T FIND THEM!!! A GOOD 7.1 SURROUND SOUND SUPPORTED AUDIO CARD AND SPEAKER SYSTEM WOULD DEFINITELY HELP!!
