米尔,急问关于新月许愿时间，我算的对吗？可那时没有月亮呀？

我根据北京时间晚10：38，换算成我这的时间是上午8：38（美山地时间）。我算的对吗？如果我这时许愿，没有月亮呀？还是我理解错了？
