请教买车。关于2015 Ford Focus 4dr Standard S.

看到NADA guide 网站上base price 是17k，incentives up to $4000. 可看到dealer 网站incentives 只有$3000. 这个为啥有差异，能不能拿到$4000 呢？如果真能拿到4000 刀折扣，拿到$13.5k 应该不难
