Trustee，Presidential and Dean Scholarships - 需要EA，大部分需要面试。

NMF Presidential Scholarships － 不需要EA，不需要面试。看群里反应，NMSF都去早申，然后抱怨反而有劣势。实际上完全没有必要，是把两个不一的presidential Scholarships搞混了。
