穷的进去富的没进不代表完全的need blind，到录取委员会这个阶段，他们会合理安排比例的，不需要助学的肯定有优势。

每年各个私校的助学比例控制很好，几乎都是一半付一半有资助。这绝对不是need blind自然形成的。
