yes, u can buy BX & MS like Chinese gov funds :-)

Seriously, if u asks this type of Qs, u should not trade options, IRA would get wiped out in 3 months w options.
Only Scottrade allows u to gamble w ur IRA w options.

WellsFargo or BofA will give your limited free trades if u have more than 25K there.
