我曾经在美国实行改革的第一天方案中提出，冻结股市。当时没有进一步思考邪恶势力掠夺的天量财富放在哪里。今天我提出：让股市破产。邪恶势力的天量非法所得无法卖出，人民没钱。
股票市场，期货市场，资产类指数市场，虚拟资产市场，美元交易市场等等资产交易市场，不冻结，让他们自行交易到破产。同时，政府对人民宣布，给于人民补偿和变革所带来的额外巨大资产上的好处，让人民根本不用担心自己的401K退休金和股票资产，一点都不用担心。
我把那些股市等交易市场统称为资产符号市场。邪恶势力长期以来掠夺的天量属于人民的财富，大部分在资产符号交易市场上。人民的401K只是沧海一粟。
邪恶势力不可能坐拥钞票，不可能让欧洲人持有天量美元或美元资产，不可能把其他国家都变成阿根廷和萨尔瓦多，这两个国家正在把美元视同国家货币。邪恶势力的天量非法所得，只能放在这个永远上涨的资产符号交易市场，把这些市场视为邪恶势力的储备银行，我简称为邪恶银行，和人民的小钱捆绑在一起。
外国持有的美元资产，包括美元债务，美元 及美元资产符号交易全球化是邪恶势力将世界各国捆绑的重要机制，维持世界性的邪恶体制和邪恶银行的运转。同时，外国当权者可能知道这一点，将计就计，持有美元资产，用来维护自己的罪恶统治，甚至可以在有能力时，或者联合他国要挟或平衡美国的邪恶势力。
邪恶银行在今天，是通过特定的独立品种的资产符号市场的巨大波动或者熊市，来保护整个邪恶银行。例如，2000年通过互联网类公司的资产符号，2008年的房屋对应的资产符号，将来，可能通过虚拟货币，这些独立品种的资产符号的巨大动荡，来维系邪恶银行。
如果你要问，人民都卖出股票，提前卖出401K怎么办？答案是，第一，邪恶体制把人民变成傻子。第二，让人民永远不敢多花钱。第三，让人民没有很多的钱。第4，让人民工作一辈子，没有花钱的机会。第5，邪恶势力需要的时候，政策上随时卡住人民，例如，可以在实行遗产税和富人税的问题上进行全社会争论，媒体，政党假装站在人民一边，高喊最多资产100万以上只能收5%！不能再多！让人民在一分钱都不能损失的精心计算下，把股票传给下一代。设立川普投资帐户也是这个套路。
这个邪恶银行什么时候破产？现在就是危机时刻。因为长期掠夺的天量非法所得，已经到了这样一个程度，美国社会的金钱或对应物无法维持下去了。美元赤字是邪恶势力绑架明面上的政治体系的最重要手段，明面上的政治就是指假民主的政府以及政府运转的税收和预算系统。虽然这个赤字只是天量美元的极小部分。但是，这个赤字机制却是邪恶体制特别关键的一环，桥的作用。
美国赤字是邪恶体制在经济上运转的唯一的桥。必须有外国参与的美元极其对应的各种符号和产品的交易，这种所谓的世界贸易体系。最直接的原因是，世界各国相互依赖，各国没有能够自立的经济体系。而且，没有世界贸易和投资体系，邪恶势力无法长久吸血，本国人民会反抗这个严重偏离普通人能够承受的物价上涨的暴政。
赤字机制需要美国制造。对于农产品，不能让更多农场主种大豆，必须保持一定的限量，这个是邪恶体制的必要条件之一。其他大部分农场主的地上只能长草。原因自己猜，和欺诈行业有关。对于工业品，只能是名义上的美国制造，真正制造的产品总量不能超过一定限度，这个也是邪恶体制的必要条件之一。因为超过一定的限度，这种制造业的繁荣会让美国社会的运转偏离邪恶系统。
政府赤字必须保护，只能增加，绝对不能减少，谁愿意比以前少吸血？借着政府赤字的天量非法所得中的一部分必须消化到外国，让外国当权者共同维护这个邪恶体制。同时，人民又必须处于奄奄一息的状态，只能需要更多“美国制造”。
现在到了一个失去平衡的时间点，邪恶银行面临危机。解决危机的办法只有一个，在亚洲出现更多的冠名“美国制造”的产品。欧洲人很聪明，政府从来不搞赤字。俄罗斯人也很聪明，不生产太多的产品。印度时间上来不及。只有东亚。只有中国。中国人不是不聪明，而是统治中国的中国共产党极其贪婪。没有美国邪恶势力的聪明和经验，却像美国邪恶势力一样凶残和贪婪。

In my proposal on reforms in the US, the first day of anction, I suggested freezing the stock market. At the time, I didn't further consider where the enormous wealth plundered by evil forces exist. Today, I propose: let the stock market go bankrupt. The enormous illegal gains of the evil forces cannot be sold, because of the people penniless.
The stock market, futures market, asset index market, virtual asset market, dollar trading market, and other asset trading markets—don't freeze them; let them trade until they go bankrupt. Simultaneously, the government should announce to the people the substantial additional asset benefits brought about by the compensation and reforms, so that people don't need to worry about their 401(k) retirement funds or stock assets at all.
I refer to those stock markets and other trading markets collectively name as asset symbol markets. The enormous wealth belonging to the people that evil forces have long plundered is mostly in these asset symbol trading markets. The people's 401Ks are merely a drop in the ocean.
Evil forces cannot simply possess banknotes, nor can they allow Europeans to hold massive amounts of dollars or dollar-denominated assets. They cannot turn other countries into Argentina and El Salvador, both of which are treating the dollar as their national currency. The enormous illegal gains of evil forces can only be placed in this ever-rising asset exchange market, which I name the Evil Bank—and tied to the people's small sums of money.
Foreign holdings of US dollar assets, including US dollar debt, and the globalization of transactions involving the US dollar and its symbolic value, serve as a crucial mechanism for evil forces to bind nations worldwide, maintaining a global evil system and the operation of Evil Bank. Meanwhile, foreign rulers may be aware of this and, in turn, hold US dollar assets to maintain their own wicked rule, and may even, when they have the capability, use them to coerce or counterbalance the evil forces of the United States, either by themself or by uniting with other countries.
Today, the evil bank protects itself through massive fluctuations or bear markets in specific, independent asset markets. For example, in 2000, it was through asset symbols associated with internet companies; in 2008, it was through asset symbols associated with real estate; and in the future, it may be through the massive volatility of these independent asset symbols—cryptocurrencies—to sustain the evil bank.
If you were to ask, what if the people sell their stocks and preemptively sell their 401(k)s? The answer is: First, the evil system turns the people into fools. Second, it makes people afraid to spend more money. Third, it prevents people from having much money. Fourth, it makes people work their entire lives without the opportunity to spend money. Fifth, when the evil forces need it, they can use policies to restrict the people at any time. For example, they can create a nationwide debate on the issue of estate tax and wealth tax, with the media and political parties pretending to be on the people's side, shouting that assets over $1 million can only be taxed at 5%! No more! This allows the people to carefully calculate how to pass on their stocks to the next generation without losing a single penny. The establishment of Trump's investment account follows the same pattern.
When will this Evil Bank go bankrupt? Now is the time of crisis. The enormous amounts of illegal gains accumulated over a long period have reached a point where American society's money and equivalents can no longer sustain itself. The dollar deficit is the most important means by which evil forces hijack the apparent political system—the apparent politics referring to the sham democratic government and its tax and budgetary systems. Although this deficit is only a tiny fraction of the enormous amounts of illegal gains, this deficit mechanism is a particularly crucial link in the evil regime, acting as a bridge.
The US deficit is the only bridge through which this evil regime operates economically. It requires foreign participation in the trading of the US dollar and its corresponding symbols and products—this so-called world trade system. The most direct reason is that countries are interdependent, and no single country can stand on its own. Moreover, without a world trade and investment system, evil forces cannot continue to leech off the economy, and the people of these countries will rebel against this tyranny that imposes inflation far beyond what ordinary people can afford.
The deficit mechanism requires "Made in America." For agricultural products, more farmers cannot be allowed to grow soybeans; a certain limit must be maintained—this is one of the necessary conditions for an evil system. Most other farmers' land can only grow weeds. The reason is left for you to guess; it's related to fraudulent industries. For industrial goods, it can only be nominally "Made in America," and the actual total amount of manufactured products cannot exceed a certain limit—this is also one of the necessary conditions for an evil system. Because exceeding a certain limit, such manufacturing prosperity will cause American society to deviate from the evil system.
The government deficit must be protected; it can only increase, never decrease. Who would want to siphon less blood than before? The government deficit and a portion of the enormous illegal gains must be absorbed abroad, allowing foreign authorities to jointly maintain this evil system. Meanwhile, the people must remain in a state of near collapse. All of these, requir even more "Made in America" ??products.
Now we've reached a point of imbalance, and the Evil Bank are facing a crisis. There's only one way to resolve this: more products bearing the "Made in America" ??label will be made in Asia. Europeans are smart; their governments never run deficits. Russians are also smart; they don't produce too many products. India doesn't have the enogh time to save Evil Bank. Only East Asia. Only China. It's not that the Chinese aren't smart, but the Chinese Communist Party that rules China is extremely greedy. They lack the intelligence and experience of the evil forces in America, yet they are just as cruelty and greedy.
