1）美国的贸易逆差实际上差不多就是政府赤字。是另一种形式的政府赤字。也是人民的税。理论上，如果不考虑政府印钞，不考虑国民用自己的原始钱进口，原始钱不是正常所得，是指预算平衡之外的钱。正常的经济往来，是不可能产生贸易逆差或顺差的。不考虑这两点的情况下，贸易逆差就是政府赤字.
所以，所有的贸易逆差，基本上可以说，是政府赤字。
2）外国使用的美元，除了正常贸易产生的部分，大体上也是政府赤字。例如，阿根廷。
连同政府账面上的财政赤字，这三大块数额是一个天大的数字。美国能不能慢慢的恢复制造业，增加产出？不可能。
a）现在，外国手中的美元已经饱和，外国花美元，获得的对应的商品，一定会冲击外国自己的经济，导致崩溃。因为外国政府也是吸血鬼，例如，中国共产党不可能再增加任何进口，现在的中国人民已经很贫困，社会酝酿着很大矛盾，统治面临崩溃。中共手中的美元怎么办？国外的资产，他们也不买了，谁买谁傻。
b）不要说增加产出，美国减少进口都不可能。外国吸血鬼不答应。外国和美国都是临界点社会状态。一点美元就能刺破资产气球。
外国和美国的吸血鬼们，一起只能让美国政府做一个打手，把不使用美元的国家拉下水。这些拉下水的国家，吸血鬼也不再换取商品，因为贸易都在临界点状态。只能投资基础建设。这就是为什么川普要投资加沙的道理。投资伊朗或加沙的基础建设，能不能延缓资产气球崩溃？不能。谁都不知道什么时候崩溃。那么，为什么川普和其他吸血鬼要投资外国的基建设施？套现，套一部分现金出来，换成后代拥有的基建设施。他套现之后，美元资产和美元符号的气球将变得更大，风险更大。
至于外国吸血鬼，像中共这样的，手中的美元没有任何去处。就是一个空虚的数字。如果你成为吸血鬼，达到剥削的地步，剥削的钱也没有用。而且，一旦气球崩溃，积累的社会矛盾，一定会彻底爆发，面临绝对正义。这就是自然法则。
不是吸血鬼们愿不愿意做牺牲品的事情，这不是一个人为的选择，而是自然法则。没有渐进道路，只能彻底变革。资产气球主动刺破，能不能让一个人盗用我的成体系提案？我是个老百姓，管不了。吸血鬼们知道我的事情，吸血鬼会说：请革命者手下留情。
怎么手下留情？不要涉及吸血鬼的核心财产，让美国的吸血鬼去欧洲。欧洲能保护他们吗？能。美国的吸血鬼让那个所谓的革命者，不要掀开历史的伤疤。不掀开历史的伤疤，如何给人民交代？革命者自己想办法，只能彻底变革，而且不能掀开伤疤。有方案吗？没有。反正能够勒索住你，你有没有办法吸血鬼不管了。

1) The US trade deficit is essentially a government deficit, another form of government deficit. It's also a tax on the people. Theoretically, if we disregard government printing money and the fact that citizens import goods with their own original money (money outside the budget balance, not normal income), without considering these two factors, a trade deficit is equivalent to a government deficit. Normal economic exchanges cannot generate trade deficits or surpluses.
Therefore, all trade deficits can essentially be considered government deficits.
2) Aside from the portion generated from normal trade, the majority of US dollars used by foreign countries is also US government deficits. For example, Argentina.
Together with the government's on-paper fiscal deficit, these three components amount to an enormous sum. Can the US gradually revive its manufacturing sector and increase output? Impossible.
a) Currently, foreign countries have reached a saturation point in their dollar holdings. The goods they acquire by spending dollars will inevitably impact their own economies, potentially leading to collapse. This is because foreign governments are also exploitative; for example, the Chinese Communist Party is unlikely to increase imports further, given the current poverty of the people in China, and significant social contradictions are brewing, threatening the collapse of its rule. What will the CCP do with its dollars? They won't buy foreign assets either; anyone who does would be a fool.
(b) Forget about increasing output; even reducing imports is impossible for the US. Foreign vampires won't allow it. Both foreign countries and the US are at a tipping point. A little dollar can burst the asset bubble.
Foreign and American vampires, working together, can only make the US government a henchman, dragging down countries that don't use the dollar. These dragged-down countries will no longer be traded for goods by the vampires, because trade is at a tipping point. They can only invest in infrastructure. This is why Trump invested in Gaza.
