Moving into Ample Reserve regime, the fed is going to buy 40 billion monthly . 

Just image if there is a liquidity shock due to market dislocation, what is the fed going to do?

The natural answer is more liquidity and more.... if they judge that liquity is not ample at that point. 

This may signal that fed will interven during market disllocation. 

Do not be fooled by  financial media, they do not get it right this time

It is positive for the market.
