其实leaps的iv变化不大，spy Jan 26 call iv跟上月比就差1-2%

例如以spy 26年1月为例， ATM call的iv 变化如下，跟2月份比只差1-2%。 

vega 是1.9, 所以iv的影响在2-3块钱左右，可见delta还是主要因素。
