I am seeing the same.  FSD V13.2 is RoboTaxi ready!   Just drove it 2 hours through heavy rain, sleet, fog and thick blizzard snow.  Perfect, no interventions…. My guess is the internal intervention data is backing up that the new version of FSD that Tesla is testing is much better than a human driver.   FSD v13 blows my mind.
