请问 RothIRA withdraw 的时候选错了

请问我的RothIRA contribution money 是after tax， 刚才withdraw 的时候选错了，选了withdraw federal tax 10%.

请问这个钱在退税的时候能退回来吗？ 是有个1099 表吗， 填1040哪里？

 

还有个办法就是cancel 上面操作 。
