NAC paying $.074 per month. They raised divident in June so Fidelity number is not correct.

Their management team actually explained this in the June earning call. The raise of dividend is a promotion to reduce the gap of stock price and the underline NAV. It is kind of complicated. Anyway, since you only plan to hold for 6 months, you may be able to get the best of the both world :)
