看看QCOM的 laptop 销量就知道了。ARM 就是mobile，IOT。没法进 laptop/desktop

Ecosystem 太重要了。 X86 在 desktop/laptop 和很多generic server的 地位 ARM 是没法撼动的。

苹果是个例外，因为它自己有本事的 ecosystem。
