2:) almost monopoly position in MLP market in US (mid-stream is for pipeline transportation of oil, gas, and energy resources)

3:) Tax benefit because majority of dividend is treated as return of capital instead of income (ie, you don’t pay tax)

4:) A Trump win in Nov will benefit energy sector
