今天Chair Powell讲话之后股市大涨的原因：

1. Chair Powell说不会加息除非有什么dramatic things happen；

2. Reducing QT runoff to $25B from $60B.

第一条解除了投资人害怕Fed加息的疑虑，最近不少投资大佬说Inflation is very sticky so the Fed may raise rates.

第二条可能是针对最近经济数据表明growth 放缓而做出的决定。

前Dallas Fed President Richard Fisher认为作为朋友，他不认为Chair Powell会屈服于压力而减息。
