请问 etrade 投资账号里的闲置现金有 interest 收入吗？

从网站看，APY 很低，https://us.etrade.com/l/options-uninvested-cash/sweep-rates，不到 0.05%

是不是应该把钱转到 Fidelity 或者 IB 之类？
