手把手教: trend following

我早上起来， 看看overnight 的高点.. （小散行为）

然后我看机构同不同意. 所以就试一下.  

然后我就把股市放在一边， 开始我一天的route.

比如一老兄玩pickle ball 把腰闪了， 我是他的go to person

所以一会我要带他的客户看房. 然后呢， 我约了女友跑5k. 

然后回家做做吃的， 就到关盘时间了.

机构同意我呢， 我会买回来. 不同意呢， 我看大盘收在啥地方

再决定. 1 个 ES （10 MES).  I often say: "don't let others 

steal your joy" . So I will not let 1 ES steal my life

（我手上明年的仓位每天都在变， 

只要不大变（）， 我根本不动. （这个地主平时

没事干， 租客找上门了， 修一修一个道理. ）
