just wait for a pull back and jump in.

If this is only a rebound in a bear market, you did not miss nothing. 

But you need to make a judgement call about whether this is a ture bear market or not. Nobody can make decision for you regarding the strategic market direction. You won't believe it anyway unless this is your own conclusion.
