Step 1:search for a comany e.g  MSFT

 

Step 2:  click on the + sign below arrow indicated for < Ownership Disclosures >

 

Step 3 : then click on below each link to see the buy or sell by insider recently 

 

Step 4:  for example ,  on May 10th,  the Chief Markting Office sold some MSFT shares
