被Charles Schwab 新闻吓怕了， 要把IRA帐号从TD Ameritrade 转到其他家，哪家好？

TD Ameritrade 讲五月份要都转到Charles Schwab, 吓坏了，

可以股票对股票转，还是只能所有股票卖干净成现钱，再转？
