third,investors in the banks will not be protected,

they knowingly took the risk and when the risk didn't pay off. investors lose their money 

that how captitalism works ...

 

问题是，如果你从硅谷银行的季度报表上，也一定看不出它有问题，因为出季报前后根本没跌。。。所以，三两天跌没了，全是投资者的活该的错。。。
