WSJ: BB&B is preparing to file bankruptcy

Bed Bath & Be­yond Inc. is pre­paring to file for bank­ruptcy within weeks af­ter the home-goods re­tailer came up short on sales dur­ing the crit­i­cal hol­i­day sea­son, ac­cord­ing to peo­ple with knowl­edge of the mat­ter.
