Under such extreme stress, she still came out to face her customers. That, by itself, deserves some respect.

Outside her natural defending of ARK's investing philosophy, there are pockets of gold in her message. At the very least, her statement that oil is on the decline, makes complete sense to me. And it is true that, usually a crisis will lead to some kind of tech revolution. After the pandemic , I believe the revolution will likely be in the bio/medical field.
