When FED panics, market will reach bottom

This meeting is important. Need to see if FED is still firm on their schedule. 

If we see FED change their attitude, and more FED members come out and try to calm the market, that might be a sign market is about to hit the bottom.

At this moment, no FED member said anything. That is why market is in full panic mode.
