Please not picking on people

I have both rental house and stock. I think they are not same due to Tax. For a good rental properties, it gains a lot too without too much worry. I will encourage folks who make good on stock to buy some good rental properties. This is because we can't do the stock after we are very old, but the rental will still be there making money if it's manged well.
