在长期投资中，红利蓝筹股不仅是整体股市中表现最好的，而且红利本身在市场整体回报中占60%以上。

放弃或不重视红利和红利蓝筹股，等于主动放弃长期市场的最大利润来源和市场表现最好的投资种类，这将大大增加投资难度。

如果用长期稳定的红利为标准来筛选股票，可以大大降低投资风险。试想一下，市场上出大问题的股票，有几个能通过最普通的红利蓝筹股的筛选标准。
