UVXY, JDST, DWTI, UGAZ (10/19 9:00am est)

 

Muy Buenos Días A Todos (spanish: a good morning to all), 

时间飞逝, 冬天来了. 什么时候可泄肚中之"气". You ask me, who should I ask? In order to be inner_peace (what a great name), let me introduce 天籟梵音 (大悲咒).  Alrighty! Let's see what is happening this morning. 

UVXY

SP 500 future is down 7 points (-0.36%), and VIX 500 future is up 0.30 (+1.76%). UVXY is trading between $32.12 - $32.16, up just a little from previous close ($31.92). I worried UVXY would open around $30 or under $30 on Fri, so I told everyone to sell a half before closing. Some people did, and some didn't. Well, those didn't sell on Fri, please HOLD your UVXY. And, those took 70 - 80 cents loss should buy in UVXY in current price again (use the same amount- could be a little short since 70-80 cents loss) . But, don't use anymore additional funds. I haven't had a sell target price yet. $35.50 - $35.80 should be the KEY prices to look into. Please set a stop-loss at $29.50 (only a half shares). 

I see XIV $31 - $32 is the ceiling price. If it is failed to stay above $31 today, it will drop under $28 very soon. If you can't deal with UVXY (2x), you can buy VXX (1x). It is trading at $19.78 in pre-market. SP 500 was up 5.9% last week. I don't see it will continue to go up this week. Please STAY AWAY from XIV and SVXY. 

JDST

Gold is down almost 1% ($1172). Although gold miners maynot 100% follow gold's movement, but they do sometimes. I ain't sure $20.09 is the temporary bottom or not, but you can give JDST a shot this week (not just today). Use 1/3 funds to build up first position in current price ($22.89 - $23.20), and use 2/3 funds to build up the second position if you see it in low $20s. If not, only keep those you buy in the first position. A short-term sell target will be $25.50. Again, STAY AWAY from JNUG (already too high). Personally, I don't have any JDST. 

DWTI

Oil drops a lot this morning $46.48 (-1.65%). DWTI is already up 4.64%. This isn't the trading range I like. I'd rather buying UWTI while seeing oil trading at $42 - $43. Personally, I'll stay out of both. 

UGAZ

Cold weather finally comes in at weekend. NG is trading at $2.47 (up 1.73%). Most people are still stuck with UNG/UGAZ. Me too. UGAZ is trading at $5.82 - $5.85 in pre-market. If $5.65 is considered as a double bottom, we will see UGAZ going up to $6.50 again. This time, it should go much higher. I see it will be trading between $7.80 - $8.00 in a few weeks. So, HOLD your shares and get NO WORRY. If you do, please listen to (大悲咒), it will make you inner-peace.
