I don't know about SVXY but XIV's price range.

I see the most XIV will hit should be $30. People should take profit when see XIV trading between $28 - $30. Even you have profit in high $27s, you should sell now. There are other opportunities are waiting for you. For example, DWTI will hit the buy target very soon.
