China is working on something very BIG

1) China has controlled  much of the goods flow in this world, next logic step is to have control, at least some, on the money flow

    in this world so that they can regulate some of the financial atmosphere in favor of its economy.

2) To control the money flow, they need

    a) their own financial center, which will be Shanghai in their mind;

    b) They need to connect their domestic financial water with outside world. 

        to do that, interfaces have to be set :

        Shanghai-HK connect, the protocols for A shares to be  adopted in other financial markets, ...


        These interfaces  will function as water gates.


   c)  Before they come to lift these water gates, they need to pop their stock markets to the level they think 

        appropriate so that less turbulence will happen when they lift the water gates.


At high level, they want  to control the money flow ..
