I think the trades should be cancelled.

The big problem with the cancellation is that most of the beneficiaries are big foreign companies.

The Japanese, just like the Chinese, they try to show the world ( especially to the white people ) that their system is fair and they are playing according to the rules. In fact, they are creating the most unfair situation when they do nothing for a case like this.
