Buy semi at dip!

INTC is cheap! at 25.50, INTC is trading at PE of 15.7, the lowest of its historic range of 15-30. Its business is solid, if not as good as many bulls were hoping. But the price already reflects it.

NSM is solid too. So is TXN.......... with new wave of evolution in comsumer electronics, wireless, portable, digital......, chips are finding new wave of applications we have been waiting for five years since 2000.

Today may be the best time to buy semi in many months to come, thanks to INTC seemingly uninspiring updates.
